Tatertot – Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for physical merchandise (e.g., apparel, prints, accessories).
To be eligible, your item must be:

Unused

In its original packaging (where applicable)

In a resellable condition

You have 14 days from receiving the item to notify us of your intention to return it.


2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene, licensing, and digital-content reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

Digital downloads

Gift cards / Vouchers

Downloadable documents or guides

Custom or personalised items

Made-to-order products (unless faulty)


3. Return Process

To start a return, email tiggytattoosmerch@gmail.com with:

Your name

Order number

Item(s) you wish to return

Reason for the return

We’ll send your return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–10 working days for the refunded amount to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.


5. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item or size, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll resolve the issue quickly with a replacement or refund.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 working days, please check with your bank first.
If there is still an issue, contact us and we’ll help investigate.
