Tatertot - Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

1. Physical Merchandise (prints, apparel, accessories etc)

You may cancel your order for physical items any time before it has been dispatched.
If your order has already shipped, you may still exercise your 14-day right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, starting from the day you receive the goods.

To cancel, email us at tiggytattoosmerch@gmail.com with your order number.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged.

Refunds:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned items are received and inspected.
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the goods are faulty.

2. Digital Products (downloadable files, guides, patterns, etc.)

All digital product sales are final.

By purchasing a digital download, you agree that the content becomes available to you immediately, and you lose your right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

If you have trouble accessing your files, please contact us and we will ensure you receive them.

3. Gift Cards

All gift card purchases are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once purchased.
Gift cards do not expire and can be used on any eligible Tatertot product.

If you entered the wrong email address or need assistance, just reach out.

4. Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

Pre-order or made-to-order items can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
After 24 hours, production may already be underway and cancellation may not be possible.

If your item arrives damaged or with an issue, please contact us and we will resolve the problem.

5. Order Cancellations by Tatertot

In rare circumstances (such as stock errors or payment issues), we may have to cancel an order.
If this happens, you’ll receive a full refund immediately.
