Tatertot – Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time
We aim to process and dispatch all physical orders within:
1–5 working days for in-stock items
5–10 working days for pre-orders or made-to-order items
Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, sales, or busy periods.
You will receive an order confirmation email and a dispatch notification once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
UK Shipping
Standard Royal Mail services
Estimated delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch
Europe
Royal Mail International / courier services
Estimated delivery: 5–12 working days
USA & Rest of World
Royal Mail International / courier services
Estimated delivery: 7–20 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs, postal delays, or local services.
3. Digital Products
Digital downloads (guides, documents, printables, etc.) are delivered instantly via email.
No physical shipping is involved.
If you have trouble accessing your files, please contact us.
4. Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items
If your order includes pre-order or made-to-order items:
The entire order may ship together once all items are ready
Estimated shipping times will be shown on the product page
Pre-order windows are approximate and may change slightly
If you need items shipped separately, please contact us before placing your order.
5. Customs, Duties & Import Fees
International customers are responsible for any customs charges, import taxes, or handling fees applied by their country.
These charges vary by location and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Tatertot is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
6. Order Tracking
Some orders include tracking depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
If tracking is included, you will receive a tracking number in your dispatch email.
Economy or low-cost services may not include tracking unless selected at checkout.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately.
We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
8. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Parcels
If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us so we can help investigate.
For a parcel to be considered “lost”, postal services require the following time to pass:
UK: 10 working days after expected delivery
Europe: 20 working days after expected delivery
International: 25 working days after expected delivery
Once this period has passed, we can arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours with photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
